Something that cheers me up is baking. And of course eating it afterwards. Had a couple of birthdays these last few weeks and relatives of my boyfriend brought some 'homemade' eggs of their chicken. As my parents-in-law now had lot's of eggs, they gave us some. But I also happened to have bought some new eggs last week, so now I had some extra eggs as well. And what can you do with eggs? baking :D If you have some butter of course. So, once I had butter, I decided to make a cake. Not a cupcake, just a regular, well tasting cake. With some whipped cream.
